Delivery time
- Dhaka: usually 1 to 2 days
- Outside Dhaka it takes a little longer; we will tell you when we confirm your order
Delivery charge
- The delivery charge for your area is shown at checkout, before you place your order
- Orders above ৳3,000 get free delivery across Bangladesh
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay when you receive your order
- Other payment options, if available, appear at checkout
Tracking your order
After you order, you get an order number. Use "Track your order" with that number any time to see where your order is.
When your parcel arrives
Please check that the pack is sealed and undamaged. If something is wrong, tell us within 24 hours. Details are in our return and refund policy.
